Bel Air

Criteria:
Charming Bel Air home, newly remodeled. Our goal was to provide spacial planning, furnishings, area rugs, window treatments , art, accents and landscaping.

Features:
Area Rugs set the tone for the rooms, adding a color palette , warmth and texture. Clients personal art works were all incorporated into the ambiance.
The exterior hill side was graded down into a series of terraces. Allowing for the BBQ area, a Koi Pond, water feature with pool and spa, Cabana for Guests, upper terrace with planters for fruit, vegetables, and herbs, and a wonder full wrought iron gazebo walk way. The retaining wall was plastered adding a door and iron work. A Juliet balcony looks into the yard. The lower retaining wall reflect the feel of Italy in the inset arch ways.
