Manhattan Beach

Criteria:
Young and sophisticated couple with two young children, move to the Manhattan Beach. Family friendly rooms, with lots of play space for the kids, and entertainment areas for family and friends. Casual elegance with a sophisticated beach vibe.

My goal was to add interest to the home with moldings, light , colors and textures. Maximize space with creative floor plans. And create a out door sanctuary. With a BBQ area, dining area with pergola lighting and heater, fire pit with seating and TV, lots of grass to play and use the cedar swing set with play house and slide. Planting including a raised vegetable garden, and a water feature.
