Pacific Palisades

Criteria:
Lovely beach home newly constructed. Large family with lots of activities. My goal was marry the inside and outside, allowing for indoor outdoor living. By creating inviting floor plans, and selecting all furniture, area rugs, art and accents, wall treatments, window treatments and lighting fixtures. In addition a complete renovation was done in the Master Closet, and a mini addition was added to the kitchen.

Features:
Paneled Master Closet maximizes storage space and conceals a drop down access door, the Great Room and Dining Room open to patios with a garden view, a fireplace, pool and BBQ area. Guest Room was paneled with padded
silk to create a headboard wall.
